Water Stoppage
There were a few days this past week when the water was turned off during the day. The town was replacing water mains in nearby lanes. In order to make the improvements, they had to dig up the roads and cut through sidewalks in front of houses. It is similar with the work that God does in our lives. Sometimes he needs to remove obstructions in order to supply what is truly needed. The experience also reminded us to be thankful for the many things we frequently take for granted.
In addition to being without water, Kathy-Lu is waiting for her computer to be repaired. Please pray that the problems will be fixed so that she can once again use it for the many aspects of her ministry assignment.
Iron Sharpening Iron
One of the privileges of serving as international workers in Taiwan is the fellowship and teamwork with those from other sending agencies. Monday through Wednesday, Kathy-Lu will join with women cross-cultural workers from around the island for seminars and mutual encouragement. Please pray that this will be an event that encourages the hearts of all who attend.
Special Prayer Requested
Lorne’s father will be having ear surgery on March 17. The recovery time, including learning to hear using the newly implanted device will likely be about 8 weeks. Please pray that the procedure will be without complications and for Dad’s recovery process.
Home Assignment – Booking Opportunities to Share
Thank-you for continuing to pray for arrangements being made for housing and transportation while we are on a one-year Home Assignment beginning May 2016.

Car Fund
We are planning to return to Taiwan in May 2017 for at lest one more four-year term of service. At that time we will need to purchase a used car for use in our ministry.
