Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Praise the Lord for a wonderful week with the Vision Prayer Team.  We ordered a roasted turkey for Sunday dinner, and celebrated Thanksgiving together.  We are also thankful for their safe travels back to Canada.  We pray God will bless them and help them to quickly overcome the jet lag.

We saw some answers to prayer and saw evidence of God at work during the week.  For instance:

• Some felt a prompting to pray at the exact time when a councilman unexpectedly arranged an immediate meeting with an elementary school principal.  (We were in different locations without communication between us at the time.)
• People saw us and came out to talk—including some we did not previously know.
• God allowed us to meet a Christian who has moved back to Baojhong and is not currently attending church.
• There was a great sense of camaraderie on the team, and we were able to encourage each other and learn from each other.

Please pray for us as we follow-up on what began during our week of praying together.

Lorne continues to tell Bible stories to grade six English students on Tuesdays and Saturdays.  Pray that God will use the stories to develop positive growth in the lives of the students.

On Tuesday, Kathy-Lu will attend a meeting with the Northern Taiwan women pastors and pastors’ wives.  Please pray that God will used the time together to encourage and strengthen their faith.
