Praise the Lord! The donations to our five-year fund-raising project towards assisting the Baozhong Alliance Church purchase a building are ahead of the faith goals that were set!

Thank-you for your generosity!

Our goal was to raise CAD$115,000 to assist the church to pay a down payment on a building that they would own. Purchasing their own facility will eliminate the need to pay rent. The church anticipates that the future building will be built or renovated to facilitate the church’s ministry. With your help, and your prayers, that dream is being realized!

As you pray about this, please pray for the church leaders in Taiwan as they appeal to Taiwan’s legislators to change recently revised laws governing the purchase of real estate by charitable organizations. The new rules prevent the churches from easily obtaining mortgages. The Baozhong Alliance Church is trusting God that when it is time to purchase a facility, that God will make a way for them to do so. Thank-you in praying with them.

Praise and Prayer

• This month we will be travelling to different churches each weekend. Please pray for safety for us and others on the road.
• Please pray for a friend Lorne visited last week. He has many questions about Christianity. He agreed to start reading the Gospels to discover Who Jesus is. Pray that God will open his eyes to the truth.
• International workers in the Middle East continue to shelter in place and are evaluating the possibility for safe evacuation to safer locations. Please continue to pray for their testimony for Christ during this time.
