Happy Easter! We trust that you are enjoying the opportunity to focus your thoughts on the story of Jesus’ resurrection. Ephesians tells us that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is alive and at work in us. What a special gift our Saviour is giving us.
Last week we told the Easter story in the classrooms (photo). Decorating Easter eggs and explaining the reason for the holiday was fun. Students had different reactions–surprise, curiosity, skepticism, etc. We are thankful we had this special opportunity.Ann, a friend from Canada, will be coming to visit. She will experience what it is like to live with us for a number of days, seeing things that we are involved in. We are glad she will be here to participate in ministry. Please pray that God will use her presence to build His kingdom.
We have received an application from a Taiwanese couple who are exploring whether God is leading them to come and be our our coworkers. Please pray for good communication and a clear sense of God’s will. They will visit Baozhong Alliance Church on this coming weekend.
On April 26 we have both children and youth activities at our house (the church). The attached photo is of the publicity for those events. Please pray for a good turnout and for good opportunities to interact with parents as they bring their children
