Thank-you to all who prayed for Kathy-Lu as she had her hysterectomy. We are very aware of God extending grace to us during this time.

• Kathy-Lu was able to have a private room during her two-day stay in hospital.
• God provided so that the cost of parking at the hospital was covered for Lorne on the day of the surgery.
• The doctor says the surgery went well, and Kathy-Lu is doing well in her recovery.
• We have a lot for which to be thankful. And we are trusting God to complete the healing process.

Elyssa (our daughter) and the other students at Ambrose University College were very busy this past weekend as the school hosted the Legacy Youth Conference. The students are tired from many hours of volunteer work, and are now back doing their studies. Please pray for God to continue to work in the lives of the youth who attended, helping them to follow through on the commitments that were made.

We continue to pray and trust God for:

• Summer employment for Elyssa.

• Finances for Ethan and Elyssa to attend school in the Fall.

• For a full-time Taiwanese worker to help in the Baojhong church plant.

• For a Taiwanese C&MA church to partner with us.

Taiwanese C&MA leaders are planning for a pastor’s conference March 29-30. Please pray for wisdom as decisions are made and that spiritual refreshment will come from the Lord through this important event.

Praise the Lord for a wonderful weekend with our friends at Nanaimo Alliance Church.  It was good to celebrate what God has done and anticipate together some of the things God might want to do in the future.  We appreciate the demonstration of partnership that happened with the signing of the Seamless Link Covenant.

• A description of the different designations is as follows:

1. Support of Lorne and Kathy-Lu White:  These funds together with funds from the Global Advance Fund provide for our monthly support, housing rent expense, all travel and vehicle expenses, visa expenses, regular communications and office expenses related to our specific work, etc.
2. The Work of Lorne & Kathy-Lu White:  These funds are used for ministry expenses not provided in other ways.  This would include purchasing literature, retreat and meeting expenses, computer purchase and maintenance, etc.  All items purchased are considered to be a part of the ministry and all requests for funds require the approval of the Field Leadership.
3. Taiwan – Hidden In Plain Sight:  These funds are used according to the approved budget for the ministry in Baojhong, Taiwan.  This year, funds will be used to subsidize the support of a full-time Taiwanese worker, for ministry to adults, families, children, and youth.
4. Global Advance Fund:  Provides for same needs as the support fund for international workers around the world, including us.
