A Trip East

Our trip to Toronto (and Niagara Falls) reminded us that it was at the beginning of our career as international workers that we previously visited. What a wonderful way to bookend our ministry career!

It was meaningful to visit the National Ministry Centre. We met many people who serve behind the scenes, providing support for those of us who are commissioned to go to far away places. They seldom receive public thanks for their important roles. We were privileged to be able to express our appreciation to them in person.

We also spent time with others who have prayed for us faithfully and served alongside us at different times throughout our lives.

It was a worthwhile trip! May God continue to reward each one for their role in God’s kingdom expansion!

Praise and Prayer

• We praise God for those who have accepted leadership roles in the Taiwan churches. The Taiwan Alliance Church Union announced that beginning October 1, 2026 all preaching points (churches still in the start-up phase) will be authorized to send one voting delegate to the annual business meeting. Previously the preaching point representatives did not vote on resolutions. Praise God with us for the unity and fairmindedness being demonstrated by the Taiwanese church.
